Pata de Perro MX with its VIVA LA MUERTE TOUR includes the following in our tour service:

• Snacks and tastings where applicable.

• Other fun activities applicable on a case-to-case basis.

• Beverages tasted on the tour.

• Recommendations of restaurants, neighborhoods and other activities to do on your next days.

The following are not included in our tour service:

• Personal expenses.

• Personal snacks and beverages.

• Souvenirs.

• Medical expenses and medicine.

• Tips.

Reservation and Payment:

In order to book we require you to reserve via our BOOK NOW buttons in our website with 100% payment through our third party online booking supplier. We accept debit and credit cards. This booking needs to be completed before the tour starts. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the tour date. The tour is not considered confirmed until the reservation has been confirmed by Pata de Perro DF via our third-party booking company confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy:

 

Dia de Muertos refunds will work as follows:

Cancellations 16 days or more before tour date — 100% refund of the total payment.
Cancellations  15-4 days before tour date — 50% refund of the total payment.
Cancellations 3 days or less before tour date — NO refund.

Cancellation by Pata de Perro DF:

In the exceptionally rare case that we need to cancel we will grant you a full refund.

Schedules and Tours:

 

Schedules will be kept as quoted; though we reserve the right to change any schedule (timing) and offer alternative itineraries to our participants. There is very limited chance of this occurring, but it can happen due to the unpredictable nature of traffic, construction, political manifestations, etc., in Mexico. The amount of time a participant takes within each stage of the itinerary is the participant’s responsibility. Pata de Perro DF will not be responsible if there is not enough time to visit all the promised stages in the itinerary.

We constantly confirm that the places we visit are open to the public. However, if you booked a tour to a site that is unexpectedly closed due to any reason, we reserve the right to re-schedule.

Restaurants and Food:

Restaurants and food experience are an elemental part of our tours. For each tour, we carefully plan and select the restaurants, market stalls and eateries that are to serve as representatives of the Mexican cuisine.
All culinary operations are run by outside entities and not Pata de Perro DF: Restaurants, Shops, Market and Street Stalls. We offer a planned culinary tour and, most importantly, regional cuisine. Because our tours are personalized, we ARE able to meet special dietary needs on these tours.If you have food allergies or intolerance or a severe dislike for certain foods, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO LET US KNOW AND TO NOT ACCEPT ANY FOOD FROM A VENDOR WITHOUT KNOWING ITS ORIGIN FIRST.

Legal Information:
Sending the reservation fee to Pata de Perro DF grants & constitutes consent of the tour to the terms and conditions explained herein. Our tours begin on your arranged pickup time and end at your drop-off.
Pata de Perro DF has the right to remove any disruptive or disrespectful customer without notice. A removed customer is not an agreement of a refund or credit. All funds paid to Pata de Perro DF will be forfeited and are not considered refundable. We reserve the right to refuse the acceptance of any customer at our sole discretion without notice or cause.
Pata de Perro DF can not be held responsible for acts beyond its control, ie: acts of Nature, Acts of War, Planned or Unplanned attacks. We are not responsible for damages or losses including loss of income from persons or entities not controlled by Pata de Perro DF, such as Restaurants, Chefs, Caterers or any provider. In the event of any claims, disputes arising from our relationship or caused by the tours; all parties consent to having their grievances heard in the jurisdictions and venues of the courts in Mexico City, D.F., Mexico.

 

Waiver of Liability:

It is each individual participant’s responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions of Pata de Perro prior to submitting the signed Waiver and Release of Liability Form.

I agree that Pata de Perro, their employees, owners, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns, do not own or operate any entity which provides, or is to provide, goods and services for my tour, including food services providers, food and produce suppliers. As a result, Pata de Perro DF/Gabriel Talavera, is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of such third person, or of any other third party.
In addition, I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in the tour designated on this application. I do so with the knowledge of the risks and dangers involved, including but not limited to:

• negligence in the conduct or arrangement of this trip in any respect from inception to completion;

• physical exertion for which I am not prepared;

• forces of nature;

• transportation failures whether by car, boat, by foot, or by any other conveyance;

• consumption of alcoholic beverages;

• risks associated with food or impure water;

• civil unrest; terrorism;

• criminal activity;

• accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies or services;

• the adequacy of medical attention once provided;

• damaged, stolen, lost, or misplaced luggage or property.

I HEREBY AGREE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN WELFARE AND PROPERTIES AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF DELAY, UNANTICIPATED EVENTS, INCONVENIENCE, ILLNESS, INJURY, EMOTIONAL TRAUMA OR DEATH.

I acknowledge that participation in Viva La Muerte tour is based upon my execution of this Liability Waiver. I hereby RELEASE AND DISCHARGE FOREVER PATA DE PERRO DF FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR. I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon me personally, all members of my family, and all minors traveling with me, my and their heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives, it being my attention to fully assume all the risks associated with this trip and release PATA DE PERRO DF/ Viva La Muerte / Gabriel Talavera from any and all liabilities to the maximum extent of the law.

The intellectual property rights and any copyright in the material contained in this website and any trade marks and brands included in that material belong to the Society or its licensors. You may not copy any part of the material from this web site without the relevant prior written consent, other than temporarily in the course of using this website or to keep a record of a transaction entered into using this website.
